Case Management for the ICWP
The Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP) helps Medicaid-eligible adults with severe disabilities or TBI live at home or in the community. Eligible individuals receive case management and access to essential services.
Community Access Services
If approved for the NOW/COMP Medicaid waiver, choose us for Community Access Group (CAG) and Individual (CAI) services. We provide tailored non-medical home care to support growth, social engagement, and independence.
